 Roly Platt has enjoyed a long and musically rewarding career as both a live and studio harmonica player in the Canadian music scene. Over the past 40 years, he has had the pleasure of touring and recording with many greats in the business, including: Matt Minglewood, Dutch Mason, David Clayton-Thomas, Rita Chiarelli, Suzie Vinnick and Ronnie Hawkins. In 2010 Roly recorded the "Tangle Roots" CD with Wayne Buttery. "Tangled Roots" with the exception of a few overdubs was recorded live off the floor in a single take. It was nominated for "Best Self Produced CD of the Year" by the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, Tennessee.
