Recorded primarily in Los Angeles, Rick's “PINK & BLACK” is a solid collection of twelve Blues guitar- driven tracks sure to excite your Rockin' bones! It features nine Vito originals plus great treatments on songs by bluesmen Otis Rush (“Homework”), Eddie Clearwater (“I Wouldn’t Lay My Guitar Down”), and Peter Green (“Another Woman”). Musicians featured on the CD include former SRV keyboard wizard, Reese Wynans, along with session ace Glen Worf (Mark Knofler) bass, drummer John Gardner, and boogie-woogie pianist Mark T. Jordan (Bonnie Raitt). Rick's signature guitar and vocal treatment are featured in full force on each track of "PINK AND BLACK," and it's easy to hear why his style has been in such demand by the likes of Fleetwood Mac, Bonnie Raitt, Bob Seger, John Mayall, Jackson Browne, Delbert McClinton, Roy Orbison, and many others!
