Born in Elkton Maryland. Started singing at 7 on stage at company picnics and anywhere a singer was needed. All county and all state chorus in High School. Performed in Music theater in many live productions. Sitting on his Grandfather's lap, listening to Conway Twitty’s songs inspired him to want to sing. He began singing by trying to imitate Conway’s style. Later in life, Kenny Rogers songs inspired CC towards developing his own singing style. CC competed on several music talent shows, advancing several rounds. CC won the singing star competition in Grundy Virginia in 2011. CC has been lead singer in several bands over the course of his over 20 years career. CC is a singer songwriter with over 200 songs written and has played all up and down the East Coast for outdoor festivals, opening for national acts, and performing on many different lodges, bars and other entertainment venues. During his time singing, CC was often told that he wouldn’t make it in the industry not because he didn’t have the talent but because of his size. Songs he has written have been performed by other artists and his intent now is to perform his own music with his own lyrics. Several times he has been approached by well-known artists to buy his songs but credit for the song lyrics would not be given to him. He of course turned them down. CC is a large supporter of our military men and women and has written several songs honoring their service. CC has been approached by several record company’s and was signed on Tower Music Group in Nashville Tennessee. Recently, co-founder of Tower Music Group’s Grammy Award winning record producer David Castle began working with CC to produce his complete CD called A Long Time Coming. His single, “Freedom Hymn” , a song honoring our military, is now available to listen to on many music channels and for purchase on all digital media. More singles will be released upon completion and the full CD will follow shortly thereafter.   CC has finally been giving the opportunity to publish his own work and is looking forward to being able to share his music with the world. Many of his songs reflect personal life situations and his lyrics have gained him acknowledgment by many music industry idols. A recent stomach surgery is helping him to address the issue of his size, hoping that it will increase the likelihood of further recognition of his talents as irrelevant as the issue should be for a talented performer.  Currently residing in Southwest Virginia, his writing and songs transcends all walks of life. His main goal is to tour and bring awareness and thanks to our military for their service and sacrifice for the freedoms we have. CC has sung many different styles of music from Country to Rock and his personal style is a blend of all of them. CC is truly a Jack of all Genres.
