Until the Sun, a Rocking Blues band, was formed in 2017. Their music includes and often fuses elements of Blues, Alternative Rock, Pink-Floyd-esque Psychedelia, and Jazz. Until the Sun quickly began playing national shows, has opened up for famous Blues and Rock artists, and has played world renowned venues. The band includes Brandon Teskey on lead guitar, Bruce Jensen on lead vocals and bass guitar (as well as occasional rhythm guitar and/or keys/electronics), and Chris Tex on drums. Until the Sun completed their first album, ‘Blackheart’, in 2018. Mary Lou DePue lended her glorious voice to several of the tracks, as Until the Sun enjoys working with and featuring additional artists when a song calls out for them. Brandon, Bruce, and Chris all poured their hearts and souls into striving for what was before unattained levels of musicianship, songwriting, tone, performance, and reaching new levels of professionalism that continued to develop during the recording of Blackheart and continues today. Blackheart was released January, 2019 and the band is planning its first national tour.
