While half a century separates this new album from his first recordings, Jean-Jacques Milteau wonders about the pranks of fate. On the innocent, almost innocuous choice of an instrument barely ten centimeters long which allowed him to visit all continents and have a series of improbable encounters, in the musical sphere as in his personal life. It is therefore not surprising that this collection sees him take a pensive look at this unpredictable journey.We will find here all the music that pushed him to improvise as a musician: the poetry of Bob Dylan, the blues which built his knowledge of the harmonica, the country which nourished his imagination, the soul which left him a legacy of harmonic inspirations.This eclecticism finds its unity in the proximity of the breath and the raw sounds of this recording.
