THE C. ZEK BAND: Blues, Funky, Rock & Soul for free minds !!The C. Zek Band was born in October 2015, from an idea of guitarist, singer and composer Christian Zecchin. In febraury 2017 they'll be released the them first album "SET YOU FREE" with wonderful reviews from the Rock magazines. In november 7th 2020 they released the second album "SAMSARA" for the label Andromeda Relix/ 'Agarthi' is a journey into the past, like a kind of time machine that takes you back to those lands of overseas where the long guitar rides, peppered with dreamyam/The new album ‘Agarthi ' consists of a total of seven unreleased tracks, six sung tracks and an instrumental track that is the title-track of the album. All songs written by Christian Zecchin and arranged by the band. The influences, of rock and psch edelic rock 70s are multiple and can be traced back to the golden age of rock and to formations such as Allman Brothers Band, Grateful Dead, Santana and Pink Flo/The guitars of Christian Zecchin and the keyboards of Matteo Bertaiola in the foreground build dreamlike melodies in a sort of engaging sound mantra, accompanied by a rhythm section that builds the right atmosphere for the voice of the band leader. Christian Zecchin of the new album states: "Agarthi is a legendary place enclosed in the center of the Earth, the original place of humanity. According to legend, one of the entrances to Agarthi is located in the Gobi desert, in East Asia, where another, more evolved civilization would live. The title "Agarhi"was chosen because it contains a meaning linked to the exploration of the link with other places, imagining caravans that cross deserts in search of a contact as a sign of peace".
