Out of African American field hollers, work songs, and spirituals the blues emerged from the Mississippi Delta and electrified in the shadows of the northern smokestacks. Electrofied sanctifies the traditions of blues, gospel, R&B, jazz and rock; bending, cajoling and melding homespun harmonies, a century of groove, and emotions torn from well worn lives. Ten original compositions from five accomplished, and respected musicians, in their musical prime, venerating the diversity of the blues expression. This is a Bad Case of the Blues.
