Awe-inspiring master guitarist and vocalist Bobby Thompson is no stranger to the blues and rock world. He cut his teeth learning to play in the old blues clubs of D.C. from the likes of Bobby Parker. After honing his craft as a much sought after support man, Thompson decided to step out as a solo artist, releasing three albums since 2011.
"This is the hardest, most painful album I've ever made. Partially because it's been delayed due to COVID, and also because it happened during one of the hardest breakups I've ever been through.
Recovering from a broken heart isn't easy, but one thing is for sure, it makes for plenty of material to write from, and that's the basis for the next album I'm working on for next year. In the meantime, it's time to let this one fly, and I've redesigned the cover art a few times, and this one is sticking".
8 original songs, and almost all acoustic, with exception of the electric bass I played on some songs. It also features my first attempt at recording piano myself.

It seems like almost every album I've made gets revisited and revised, and this one is no different. The main purpose is to share additional songs that didn't make the original album cut and to update the artwork.
