With this great set of country blues tunes, Trauner confirms his reputation as one of the leading European exponents of the rural Mississippi style country blues. Mostly originals, plus a few covers. Perfect recording. Outstanding. ERIK TRAUNER - acoustic guitar/vocals.
"This is the 2nd album from our bluesman from Austria. (the first one was brilliant) And another record with great acoustic blues, and the guy can sing too. Erik Trauner has long since found his style and place - but especially in the "supreme discipline", with bottleneck and steel guitar. He is at the highest level. The good boy was also the founder of the Mojo Blues Band in 1977. The CD has intensity and density and Trauner bangs away on some of the tracks like Bukka White or Hound Dog Taylor. A must for all die-hard blues fans."
