Jony’s original compositions are contemporary blues rooted songs. Jony’s wonderfully inventive guitar skills are as good as anyone on the current scene but the notes are played to serve the song. And Jony’s songs are what sets him ahead of the blues pack. There’s plenty of great guitar playing on this disc but dig the words and music too. What About Tomorrow is a great listening experience and a breath of fresh air.
