Jerry & The Stagehogs This is NOT the 1-4-5 band next door. The HOGS play a stylish mix of complex, multi-layered original tunes along with simple standards, roots blues classics, modern and progressive blues. The band's roots are deeply planted in the heart of the blues. Their show is a hard driving tribute to the musicians who laid the foundation for what is today's music. Delta, Chicago, Texas, West Coast, you name it, they play it. Two hot lead guitarists, killer slide, impressive bass, dead-on drumming. JERRY ZYBACH has a big, pure, elegant/raw/gentle/rough GIANT voice with range and nuance that are almost impossible to find in one person. He can make you laugh and make you cry, sometimes during the same song. The STAGEHOGS are a serious case of the right guys coming together at the right time. You won't find a more high energy, professional band anywhere. They are a great live band and are available as a main or opening act and are the perfect rhythm section to back your headline vocalist needing a band. These guys will have your crowd on their feet begging for more!
