The Don Brewer Blues Project plays rockin, original east coast/west coast party blues music. The Don Brewer Blues Project is an all original blues band from the northeast usa. we incorporate both west coast blues and chicago styles into our original sound. the end result is a kind of gritty, swinging, juke joint high energy blues music.
we have been compared to albert king, stevie ray, clarence gatemouth brown and john lee hooker. the debut album "voodoo soul blues" was recorded live, straight up and raw with all of the "nasty bits" left in. you can swing to it, groove to it, dance to it, shake your bones to it and even listen to it/
