THE ZYDA BLUES REVUE is a New Jersey based band creating a unique blend of New Orleans style Zydeco and Northern Blues/Rock.
DR.JULES AND THE ZYDA BLUES REVUE'S, The Cure For The Common Blues combines the accordion and rubboard of a zydeco band with hard rocking blues guitar and the vocals of Jules Bazerman, blues crooner with the aggressive attitude of singers like David Johansen and Joe Cocker. The short run of nine songs showcases an odd but listenable amalgam of styles ; this is southern - fried, fast-tempo blues.
