Hailing from the famous Daytona Beach, Florida, singer-guitarist Duke Danger (who signs his compositions with his real name, Duke Faglier) has forged a style of 'Southern Blues' in which we find on the guitar playing the influence of the three Kings, Albert, B.B. and Freddie, and on the vocals side a mix of Little Milton and Wilson Pickett tinged with small colorful touches taken from the side of Otis Redding and Ray Charles. The 13 tracks offered on this opus alternate slow blues in which the brass rocks the ships passing in the distance, and more rock'n roll pieces in which the guitarist on duty gives you the mash like in the heyday when he played for the King of rock'n roll, 'Sir Jerry Lee Lewis.' In short, a nice album that will make you swallow the kilometers in the car without problem and that will make you vibrate the A5 as if it were the 66.
