Hi, I've always loved playing guitar, singing and songwriting. Originally from Chicago, I’ve had some wonderful opportunities to work with renowned blues artists as well as touring with my own blues act, The Todd Tijerina Trio.  In addition to blues, my background is in folk, jazz and roots-rock which are heard in my recordings.  Over the last 15 years, I’ve been fortunate to receive a fair amount of praise from the press for originality & style, and have won awards for live performance and songwriting.
