Four years after their successful debut, the BLUESMOPOLITANS release the new album "ois durchanaund". In the meantime, the band represented Austria at the European Blues Challenge and were invited to the St. Izaire Blues Festival in France, among others , "ois durchanaund" also reflects the band's cosmopolitan understanding of music. A more than successful mixture of Austrian dialect rock and English-language, soulful blues songs characterize the new album. The BLUESMOPOLITANS have matured noticeably and have perfected their sound since their debut album. In particular, Tommy Gravogl sets new standards with his charismatic voice, as does Gerald Schaffhauser on the bass for a solid sound basis. The content of the CD shines with wit, social criticism and irony. Following the tradition of many blues and rock musicians, the BLUESMOPOLITANS paid no attention to trends, charts or radio formats during the production. With their album "ois durchanaund", as well as live on stage, the band pays homage to the "spirit" and thus created another successful piece of Austrian pop music culture.
