“Not The Same Planet” is a album out by veteran Daryl Roberts and his tight nit band Hey Gringo. For the Blues aficionado is has something for everyone on it – horn driven solos, delicate piano to slow blues with guitar riffs to compliment Kerri Simpson backing vocals. Mike Rudd lends a hand – lead guitar. Altogether it has been very well put together and the mastering and mixing are the best I’ve heard for a while, which is a joy to hear when wearing headphones .. You’d be forgiven if you drifted away somewhere “Not The Same Planet” for a while.
