Blue Deal is a southern German blues rock band from the Black Forest region that was founded in 2015. The band played international live concerts in Germany, Switzerland, France and the United Kingdom. In 2023 they won the German Blues Challenge young talent award as the best German blues band.
Joe Fischer, former singer and founding member of the Cadillac Blues Band, founded the band Blue Dea together with Jürgen Schneckenburger in 2015. Between 2015 and 2020 the band played with a changing line-up. In 2020, guitarist Tom Vela and bassist N. Grille Roth joined the band as permanent members. N. Grille Roth left the band in 2022. Martin Bürger became his successor in the same year. The debut album Holy Ground was released on September 16, 2022 and caused a stir in the international blues and rock press. The release of the second studio album Can't Kill Me Twice was announced for December 1, 2023.
