Originally the T-ROOSTERS were born from the common love of four musicians for black music from the 50s/60s to today. For this reason, GIANCARLO COVA's drums and ANDREA QUAGLIA's bass (and double bass) are a perfect rhythm section for TIZIANO "RED ROOSTER" GALLI's guitar (also the band's voice) and for MARCUS's Mississippi saxophone (blues harp). ROUND, to rediscover the priceless sound of swing/blues, rock'n'roll and boogie woogie (T-Bone Walker, Muddy Waters, Percy Meifeld, Hollywood Fats, The Three Kings, Chuck Berry and many others). The formation based on the quartet formula does not fail to expand into performances with pianists or brass ensembles who refine and complete the typical jump sound (dance blues). Among the various collaborations with non-European artists, the name of Vivian "Vance" Kelly (USA) stands out, whom the T-Roosters accompanied on the 2010/11 European tour which culminated in the production of the album "Rock my Soul" and Detroit Gary Wiggins (USA ) with the album "Saxin' the Blues" (both Feelin' Good records).In 2012 the first autograph album "No Monkey but the Blues" was released followed by the brand new recording project "Dirty Again" (2014/15) where Blues sounds mix with original melodies and lyrics (thanks to the collaboration of Paolo Cagnoni) revealing the most the band's varied musical potential and its continuous development.
