I found 2 video on youtubes of the band on youtube. It looks like they are from Arizona, USA. At least both are recorded in Arizona.

Thank you very much! Yes, this is an Arizona band. Tom Condarcure, the guitarist, played in several Arizona bands, including "The Blues and Jazz Workshop Band."
