Ron has been performing professionally since age 14. He currently performs with local bands. Ron is the trumpet player for Tommy Castro's Legendary Rhythm & Blues Revue aboard The Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruises.
A native of Wichita, Kansas, Ron has been performing music professionally since age fourteen. Performing with the All city Junior High and High School stage bands until moving to the Seattle area where he was a featured jazz soloist throughout his high school career. Upon graduating high school he went on the road with touring Northwest Bands for six years before entering into the Air Force Band where, once again, he was a featured trumpet/ vocal soloist in the jazz band and rock group. Ron has performed with local/national/international artists throughout his musical career. He has shared the stage with such greats as: Tommy Castro, Marcia Ball, Eden Brent, Dr. John, Chico Banks, Bernard Allison, Elvin Bishop, Lloyd Jones, and Curtis Salgado, just to name a few.
